AWANA

The New Life Awana meets every Sunday, starting after the congregational opening worship. 

The children are taught in four ages groups:

  1. Cubbies (JK & SK)
    2. Sparks (Grades 1-3)
    3. Truth and Training (Grades 4 & 5)
    4. Treks (Grades 6-8)

Classes meet in their dedicated class areas starting roughly at 10:20. 

Class time includes prayer, Bible lessons & Bible application, and scripture memorization.  The Awana curriculum is greatly valued, and the leaders present the lessons and material excellently and creatively to the children; this is a blessing.

Starting at 11:10, all the children gather in the Activity Room for a modified games time together, which lasts about 20 minutes.
